How do I make an appointment?
To schedule an appointment, you can use the "Schedule an Appointment" section on our website, call +90 532 424 5145, or send a message via WhatsApp . Our team will get back to you within 24 hours, depending on the workload.
What will happen on the first date?
The initial consultation is a comprehensive clinical evaluation. Your skin type, bone and fat tissue projection, facial expression dynamics, and general health history are examined in detail. Your aesthetic expectations are listened to; then, a personalized treatment plan is created that best suits your face or the targeted area, without being excessive and preserving your natural contours.
How is a treatment plan created?
The treatment plan is not based on a "one-size-fits-all" approach, but rather on a completely personalized anatomical analysis. The area where aging occurs (bone loss, deep fat loss, ligament laxity, or superficial skin quality) is identified. Instead of a single procedure, layered protocols are planned, combining methods such as device-based treatments, biostimulators, fillers, or Botox in the correct sequence and timing, depending on the individual's needs.
Are the procedures painful? What is done for comfort?
Patient comfort is our top priority in our procedures. Strong medical local anesthetic creams are applied before the procedure, and sufficient time is allowed to pass. Many injection products contain a local anesthetic (lidocaine) themselves. Furthermore, pain and stinging sensations are minimized by using blunt-tipped microcannulas that do not cut tissue, minimizing trauma and bruising, and special cooling systems.
Who is carrying out the procedures?
All medical aesthetic examinations, injections, and advanced device-assisted treatments in our clinic are personally performed by Dr. Semih Küçükcankurtaran, who holds a Medical Aesthetics Certificate approved by the Ministry of Health.
How can I find out the prices for examinations and treatments?
According to health regulations, it is not appropriate to share price lists directly on websites and digital platforms. Furthermore, in medical aesthetics, each individual's anatomical needs, the type and quantity of products to be used are different. A detailed and personalized cost plan is determined after the initial consultation.
Can I have both the examination and the procedure on the same day?
Yes. If you mention this request when scheduling your appointment, your doctor will allocate sufficient time in their schedule for both the consultation and the possible procedure. After a detailed examination and mutual planning, if there are no medical contraindications, the procedure can be performed the same day.
Can I immediately return to my social and professional life after the procedures?
The vast majority of non-surgical procedures are considered "lunchtime procedures"; they require no incisions or stitches. The use of a cannula minimizes the risk of bruising and swelling. Most of our patients can easily resume their daily, social, and professional lives immediately after the procedure.
Is there anything I need to be aware of before the procedure?
Consulting your doctor a few days before the procedure to limit blood thinners (such as aspirin), high intake of vitamin E and ginkgo biloba supplements, and alcohol consumption can reduce the risk of bruising. If you have an active herpes outbreak or skin infection in the treatment area, you must inform our clinic before your appointment.
Is a post-application check necessary?
Yes. Following our patients' treatment process step by step is fundamental to our clinical approach. Especially after injectable procedures like Botox, fillers, and biostimulation, a follow-up appointment is usually scheduled 10-14 days later; tissue integration is assessed, and minor touch-ups are made if necessary.
Is it possible to perform the procedure during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Medical aesthetic injections (Botox, fillers, biostimulators, mesotherapies) and most energy-based device applications are not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding because there are insufficient clinical studies on their safety during these periods. Postponing your treatments until after the breastfeeding period is the healthiest approach.
How are the products and devices used selected?
Our clinic uses only original products and medical devices with original technology that have international validity, FDA, CE, and Ministry of Health approvals, and whose clinical efficacy and safety have been proven in medical literature. The storage conditions, cold chain requirements, and authenticity barcodes of all preparations are meticulously checked.
I'm coming from out of town or from abroad, how does the process work?
For patients coming from outside Istanbul or from abroad, preliminary information and calendar planning are done via digital channels before the appointment. Examination, procedure, and follow-up processes are optimized to suit your travel plans, ensuring you use your time most efficiently.
If I have any questions after applying, how can I contact you?
Following the procedure, you will receive written and verbal post-operative care instructions. For any questions or follow-up requests during the recovery process, you can contact your physician and clinical team directly through our clinical communication and patient support lines.
Can regular cosmetic procedures create an addiction? Will my face sag if I stop?
The treatments do not create a biological dependency. When you stop repeating the treatments, your face will not suddenly sag or get worse than before; the natural aging process continues at its biological pace. Because each correct biostimulation and medical intervention provides collagen investment under the skin, even if the treatment is discontinued, your skin remains more resilient compared to its state without any treatment.
